You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and ensuring that your use of authentication mechanisms (e.g., SSO, passkeys, device authorization) complies with your organization’s security policies.
You must immediately notify your administrator or Kylith of any unauthorized account access or activity.
You agree not to misuse the Services or assist others in doing so. Prohibited activities include:

Kylith retains all ownership rights to the Services, including software, documentation, trademarks, and related materials. Using the Services does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property.
The Services may integrate with identity providers, cloud platforms, or collaboration tools. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms.
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance or region-specific disruptions may occur.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if:
Upon termination, access to encrypted communication content may not be recoverable due to end-to-end encryption.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kylith is not liable for:
Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the Services in the preceding twelve (12) months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the contracting Kylith entity is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
